LARRY STAGGS is entering his thirteenth year of coaching as an assistant softball coach at Hallsville ISD. He is a graduate of North Shore High School and Stephen F. Austin State University where he received a B.S. and M.S. He is also head of the math department at HHS. He and his wife, Debra Staggs, (4^th grade teacher at HISD) have two daughters, Stephanie, a social worker in Dallas and Danielle, a grad student at Louisiana Tech. Larry enjoys spending time with his family.

ALLISON MCKINNEY   teaches 8^th grade math at Hallsville Junior High School and is assistant coach of  the defending District 12 4A Champion Ladycats softball team. Allison is a Hallsville High School graduate where she was honored as All State and All Tournament 2^nd Base in the 2001 Texas State Softball Finals. She is a Distinguished and  Summa Cum Laude graduate of East Texas Baptist University. This is her second year of teaching and first year in coaching. Her husband is Sidney.
