PATRICK EITEL is a graduate of J. J. Pearce High School and Stephen F. Austin State University. He is beginning his third year coaching as the head softball coach . In 2007, he led the Ladycats Softball Team to a District 12-4A Championship for only the third time in school history.  He was named 2007 Coach of the Year in District 12-4A.  His wife, Michelle, teaches at Hallsville Intermediate School . They have two daughters, Brittany 15, and Heather 12. Pat’s favorite pastime is playing softball, golfing and spending time at the lake.

LARRY STAGGS is entering his thirteenth year of coaching as an assistant softball coach at Hallsville ISD. He is a graduate of North Shore High School and Stephen F. Austin State University where he received a B.S. and M.S. He is also head of the math department at HHS. He and his wife, Debra Staggs, (4th grade teacher at HISD) have two daughters, Stephanie, a social worker in Dallas and Danielle, a grad student at Louisiana Tech. Larry enjoys spending time with his family.

ALLISON MCKINNEY  
teaches 8th grade math at Hallsville Junior High School and is assistant coach of  the defending District 12 4A Champion Ladycats softball team. Allison is a Hallsville High School graduate where she was honored as All State and All Tournament 2nd Base in the 2001 Texas State Softball Finals. She is a Distinguished and  Summa Cum Laude graduate of East Texas Baptist University. This is her second year of teaching and first year in coaching. Her husband is Sidney.

REX  MC CULLOUGH has been a volunteer coach with the Ladycats for two years. He teaches World History and Read 180 at Hallsville High School.
